Great location on ground floor renovated condo B104 at the Maui Sunset.
Picture yourself on the ocean front in sunny south Maui. Kihei is well known for its laid-back atmosphere, world famous beaches, affordable highly rated restaurants, and central location.
Large private condominium apartment at the resort condominium complex on the beach in sunny Kihei, Maui, Hawaii. 1 bedroom with private attached bathroom. 2nd bathroom down the hall with shower, large living area, dining area, kitchen with breakfast bar. View deck looking out towards ocean and gardens. Beach chairs, pool/beach towels, full size appliances including air conditioning and washer dryer. We've frequented these Condos before, but this time we stayed in a new one. Unfortunately, we didn't have hot water throughout our stay despite maintenance attempting to fix it twice. The unprofessional behavior of the gentleman assisting us during the third encounter led us to give up. However, despite this setback, our overall experience was still enjoyable. Thankfully, we had a friend staying in another condo, allowing us to shower there instead.

The property is in a good location and quiet too. The grounds are nice and kept up well with only steps away from the beach to take a stroll or watch the sunrise/sunset. The updated condo we stayed in was well stocked and comfortable.
