Derby - Bourbon Trail 4BR Pool Table Villa

This is a great house in an “up and coming” neighborhood. We enjoyed the pool table, games and comfortable beds. It’s super convenient to the Expo Center and lots of bars and restaurants. Owner is super responsive. We’d definitely stay here again!

Communication with the host was great - super responsive. Check in and check out was easy. The house itself could use some work, there were cracked tiles throughout the house. We had plenty of bath towels for the amount of people we had. Bedrooms were comfortable and spacious. Don't expext to do a ton of cooking - the stove worked okay-ish and the kitchen was stocked with only the bare essentials. Plenty of plates, silverware, and glasses and some pots and pans. We loved the pool table and the outside space was nice. The highway behind the house was under construction during our stay so it was pretty quiet for a holiday weekend. There is only street parking but we had no trouble finding parking right out front. FYI for pet owners- theres a hole in the fence. AC worked great even during the heat advisory!

Absolutely amazing!! Alan was very communicative and helped so much with our accommodations. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs a larger home to stay in. House was clean and smelt so good. Check in was seamless. Spacious backyard, plenty of games for the kids, and a pool table, ping pong and air hockey to have some friendly competition. The house location is conveniently located by everything despite the highway being closed. My family will definitely stay again if we’re ever in the area. Thank you Alan!

There were some food crumbs left dresser drawers. Also not enough toilet paper left for a family of 4. Overall just not well laid out for our families needs.
