Cute and homey 775 sqft house, located off of Main Street in a quiet neighborhood. Smart TVs in every room and a variety of games to enjoy, whether it be out on the patio with a fireplace or inside with your favorite show in the background. Portable AC provided during the summer. Half a block from Downtown Alamosa, restaurants, bank and bars.

This worked well for our visit to Alamosa. It is just a few minutes from Adams State University and very convenient for being able to watch our son's practice and visit his apartment. It is also close to downtown. The home was comfortable and had all that was needed for cooking and grilling.

Great location! Easy access to everything we were doing!We stayed for a week, so did most of our meals at the house. The kitchen is fine but has limited supply of pots and pans. There is a bbq for grilling, but it was questionable for safe operation.Overall, we would recommend this house, and will look to book it again n the future.

Residence was very clean. Good central location for our outings around the area. Host was easy to work with and communicated with us as needed.

We had a very nice stay. The house is comfortable, nicely equipped, clean, and quiet. Geraldine was a superb host. We will stay there again if we return to the area!
