About this house rental
Permit #2149. Bedrooms with queen beds and dressers. Master bath has double sinks, shower and Jacuzzi tub; Master bedroom has a large walk-in closet. Main bathroom tub/shower combination. Large laundry room. Living room has a wood fireplace and large picture windows, pool table and foosball inside area of living room and no cleaning fee. Patio has a table and chairs for 6 and a grill, we also have free Wi-Fi . Two car garage/shop for parking, putting snowboards or skis, bikes, etc. off the street parking in front of house.

Wonderful host and cozy house. We had a great time in Alamosa visiting the Great Sand Dunes National Park. The pool table and piano were a hit with our 11 year old. Great experience!

The property was located in a nice area. There was a walking trail nearby. Also, several deer “stopped” by. The kitchen and bathrooms were nicely stocked. The main issue was no railings on the front and back steps. There was also a 2-3 inch drop down to uneven pavers on the way to the garage. All of this led to my younger sister falling onto the sidewalk which necessitated an ambulance trip to the Alamosa ER. Our recommendation is to put railing on these steps for everyone’s safety.
