Location was excellent. It’s right on top of bus transit, Taipei main station, high speed train. The two apartments we stayed at were very clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. It was raining hard on one of the days. The miles long underground mall system provided a whole day of entertainment without going “outside”. Food stall were everywhere. Highly recommended.
Since it’s right next to the highway, we could hear some of the traffic.

Rooms are fantastic. Staff is very helpful and friendly..
The instruction to get the location was not clear and we had to find some local people to help us to get the door,extra 30 min.

Fantastic location within walking distance from train stations and wonderful customer service from the staff. Queries were attended to briefly and requests for housekeeping were also met.
Furniture is not child friendly - eg movable glass top on table and sharp edges so do take note!
