Checking in and out were smooth. Host was very accommodating with all the requests, it made a lot of difference like extra time before check out, in time to go to airport to catch our flight. Location is also perfect to go around places to shop and eat; most are just walking distance
Whilst functional, maybe consider upgrade of equipment, e.g. oven :-)

The closeness to the BGC area!

Host promptly responded to questions. Both the washing machine and clothes dryer worked well. Refrigerator and microwave worked well, and dishes were available. Bed was comfortable, and extra sheets were available. Shower was a good size, and towels were available. Host was accommodating with extra time due to our flights. Area was quiet. McDonald’s and 7-11 were nearby. Staff were very polite. There was a hot spa by the pool.
Like other residences we’ve stayed at in Philippines, the sewage smell was strong in the hallways unless the windows were opened. We could only use one elevator to go up. Initial trouble with using the TV, although the host corrected with a loaded SIM card. It was slightly farther from SM Aura than what we wanted, but the price was good.
