L'appartamento è molto bello pulitissimo con tutto l'indispensabile . Aria condizionata silenziosissima . La padrona di casa cordiale e disponibile

L'appartamento si trova su una via di comunicazione importante e quindi di notte si può dormire solo con le finestre chiuse ( serramenti nuovi ) e con aria condizionata anche quando basterebbe lasciare le finestre aperte

L'appartamento che abbiamo avuto era molto grande, con due grandi camere, soggiorno con cucina e ben 3 bagni! Pulito e con tutto l'occorrente e anche di più. La proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile, ci ha lasciato la colazione per il primo giorno e la possibilità di ritardare il checkout. La posizione della casa è ottima per visitare la parte nord e centrale di Corfù ed è in una zona tranquilla. Uno dei migliori appartamenti in affitto in cui sono stato per le vacanze.

Essendo vicino a una strada principale c'è un po' di rumore la notte, ma niente di che. Non tutte le finestre sono oscurabili quindi la mattina entra parecchia luce in casa.

Apartment was spacious and clean

The owner lived above the apartment and was often giving unnecessary condescendingly instructions, calling some in our party "honey". The air-conditioning in one of the rooms wasn't working, it was fixed within 24hrs of reporting it BUT the owner complained she'd had to wait in for the repairman. She missed her midstay clean and then insisted on cleaning the apartment on day 8 of a 10day stay, saying we would have to pay for the sheets if she didn't clean/change the sheets. There was no sofa and as we had to move one of the single beds into the nearby bedroom for a young child, this was missed. The owner also complained when we placed a cushion on the floor near the child's bed in case they fell off onto the hard floor, because the cushions were for "decoration only" and couldn't be washed, a bit worrying as they were placed on the beds by her. The kitchen could have done with a bit more equipment, another saucepan and more ovenware at least. A car is needed as the apartment is 8 mins drive from the nearest town and is on a busy main road without pavements so walking is not possible. The allocated outside sitting area is near the road and on a dusty gravel area in full sun The owner does not respond to messages by text or what's app and has to be called on the mobile number given. We stay in self catering accommodation many times a year and have never had this experience.
