Welcome to Ktistakis Apartment, a peaceful getaway in Velonades, a charming village just minutes from the lively resort of Sidari. Ktistakis apartment is a modern 50 sqm holiday home thoughtfully designed for comfort, relaxation, and easy island living — perfect for couples, families or small groups up to 4guests looking to explore northern Corfu.
Set within a private plot surrounded by beautiful olive trees, the property offers a calm and authentic Corfiot atmosphere where guests can unwind in nature and enjoy the peaceful countryside setting. In the garden, guests can relax on sun loungers under an umbrella or enjoy meals and drinks at the outdoor dining table on the veranda.
The home features two bright and cozy bedrooms, including one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, a bath with shower and rainfall head, all styled with soft neutral tones, and ample storage space. Every space in the home is fully air-conditioned to ensure comfort throughout your stay.
The open-plan living area includes a comfortable sofa, 42’’ Smart TV, free 5G Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for a carefree holiday. Guests can enjoy a filter coffee machine, espresso machine, toaster, washing machine, and all the essentials for feeling at home.

Having a car is recommended, as within 20 minutes you can easily visit some of the most beautiful areas of northern Corfu, including Arillas, Agios Georgios Pagon, Agios Stefanos Avliotes, , Afionas, Acharavi and Roda. However, for guests without a car, there is also a bus stop just 50 meters from the property with regular summer routes to Sidari and Corfu Town.
