Nice apartment, good for a couple! It's in a good location, easy to walk to bus/tram stop and metro.
Overall the apartment was clean and comfortable but you could see the dust built up under the couch, around the TV etc. so it's in need of a deep cleaning, lots of wear and tear and scuffed walls (not a big issue but the photos show a beautiful, bright clean apartment). The kettle was full of scum and stagnant water so we didn't use that, most of the kitchen utensils weren't very clean either. Also if you're a light sleeper it's a bit loud from the street and also the blinds on the windows don't stop the morning light coming in. It gets very hot in the room when the sun is shining and there is no air conditioner.
