Extremely peaceful and quiet location with beautiful views. The staff were very kind, friendly, and always willing to help. It was very convenient that the hotel offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as there aren’t any restaurants within walking distance. We could also rent a scooter or arrange a private driver directly through the hotel. The hotel driver picked us up directly from the port when we arrived and took us back there when we were leaving, which was extremely convenient. The pool was nice and clean, the bed was huge, and the mattress was very comfortable. They also offered to do our laundry for a very small amount as a complimentary gesture, which we really appreciated. There were also several very sweet and friendly dogs around the property. Overall, we really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and the kindness of the staff.

The room was okay for the price, but we expected it to be in slightly better condition, especially since we had booked one of the better rooms. A more thorough cleaning, particularly in the bathroom, would have made a big difference. We had a bathtub in our room, but it was quite old and worn, so unfortunately, we didn’t use it. The room was cleaned every day and the bed was made daily, so the basic housekeeping was taken care of. One evening, we also found three huge geckos in our room. It was quite difficult to get them back outside. But we understand that this is quite normal in Bali, especially in accommodation surrounded by nature.

Tout était parfait, nous étions quasi les seuls clients de l'hôtel au mois de juin et la vue est magnifique. Comme l'hôtel est décentré, un service de taxi est à disposition pour un bon rapport qualité/prix et des scooters peuvent être loués sur place. Le personnel très gentil était aux petits soins.

Uitzicht. Zwembad. Rust. Massage. Communicatie. Roomservice.

Ontbijt. Lunch. Avondeten. Heel minimalistisch en lokaal eten. Niet iets wat westerse mensen gewend zijn. Wat dus ons best tegenviel qua smaak. Niet in de buurt van eettentjes dus er was ook weinig mogelijkheid om uit eten te gaan. Ver weg van hotspots verwijderd en geen grab of gojek waardoor we genoodzaakt waren of een taxi van het hotel te gebruiken voor 250k idr heen naar locatie en zelfde bedrag terug. Of een taxi van het eiland voor 10 uur voor 700k idr. Dit vonden wij heel jammer want wij zijn niet handig genoeg voor een scooter op deze wegen die hier liggen. Uiteindelijk 1 dag aan het zwembad gelegen omdat de taxi’s niet te regelen waren/te duur waren. Mocht je ook onhandig zijn met scooters en de balinese gaten in de wegen zouden wij aanraden om een dagtour vanaf bali te doen.
