This was an all round beautiful property in a peaceful and tranquil environment with 2 pools, great design, lovely breakfast and the most outstanding, accommodating service. The team went out of their way to create a very special and memorable experience. It is off the main road but still very accessible to everything if you have a scooter. Even if you don’t have a scooter the staff will drop you and pick you up and/or make arrangements for drivers and organised tours. I had a disability so they bent over backwards to bring food to my room and reserve a room with only a few steps to the pool, restaurant and reception. They provided all the amenities including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothpaste and toothbrush, beach towels and unlimited fresh water. The breakfast was outstanding, and they would cook you meals from their extensive menu from 11am till 9pm, 7 days a week. Drinks are also available for sale. The team were available on WA any time of the day for anything you might need and it was also excellent value.

The beds are a little firm for my liking but they brought me an extra duvet for added softness

The location is a bit difficult.

Posizione ottima, lontana dal caos e immersa nella natura. il resort ha due piscine stupende, driver privato e buona colazione.

Purtroppo abbiamo dovuto cambiare stanza, non una, ma ben due volte poiché nella prima stanza c’era un geco. ci hanno dato subito un’altra stanza, ma purtroppo anche lì abbiamo trovato un altro geco. appena lo abbiamo comunicato una dello staff ha insistito dicendo che quelli che abbiamo visto non erano gechi ma bensì lucertole. li sul momento le abbiamo creduto, ma volevamo comunque cambiare stanza perché che fosse geco o lucertola non volevamo dormire con nessuno dei due animali in camera. a quel punto la signora se ne è andata per qualche minuto ed è tornata con un bastone con sopra un geco, visibilmente infastidito e lei visibilmente scontrosa, affermando di nuovo che quello che lei aveva ora sul bastone era un geco e non quelli che avevamo visto noi. Increduli le abbiamo detto che poco ci importava di cosa si trattasse perché in quella camera non volevamo starci. tra l’altro entrambe queste camere erano sporche, piene di polvere dietro il letto e molto datate. in quel momento avendo capito che non avremmo cambiato idea ci hanno offerto un’altra stanza molto meglio rispetto alle altre: pulita e profumata e non datata. Ci siamo rimasti male non tanto per il fatto di aver trovato i gechi o lucertole che siano in camera, ma per il comportamento di questa signora. L’altra dello staff invece molto gentile e si è scusata tante volte.

Bed was very comfortable and service level was great. Laundry was done perfectly.

Bathroom is on the outside and there were A LOT of ants and centipedes (especially where the shower is). Also it was raining during the night and going to the toilet would mean becoming completely wet… Sadly, I really didn‘t like this concept and didn‘t feel comfortable.
