Hosts were in contact and readily available to help if needed (that was not really required, as everything worked out perfectly).
The location was excellent. Safe, quiet, family-friendly neighbourhood right at Weelock Parkway, where bike and walkways take to Como Park/Lake to the West and to Gateway Trail and Phalen Lake/Park to the East. Shopping area close by and a very popular ice cream shop a block away.
The house was in great condition, very comfortable for a family or group of friends. The kitchen had all we needed and in great working condition. The laundry on site (washer + drier) was also very convenient. Rooms had enough storage to have a whole family set of clothes organized (one had a good size walk-in closet, another one a closet and two had large set of drawers). Beds were comfy and all bedding and towels were provided. Toiletries were also provided. The garden was nice and well taken care of. Overall, a great place to stay. We would go back.
Having one bathroom is -perhaps- the only thing that a large group would need to consider. It is clearly stated in the description, however, and it was not an issue for us. The possibility of using a closed garage (available on site) or shed would be great for bikes.

Quiet and lovely neighborhood (Conny's Ice Cream!). Enough space for two people. Well equipped kitchen with huge fridge, stylish microwave. Huge smart TV with many streaming options. Good WiFi. Good communication via phone.
Communication: no reply to our booking.com messages. Communication was only possible via phone which is difficult for foreigners not having a US sim card. Check in time was 4 pm. After calling the host at 4:10 pm, we had to wait for the code to be generated and sent to us. As usual everywhere else, entry should be possible at check in time (and without asking for it over the phone).
Cleanliness: towels were dirty. We complained instantly but it took several calls and two days to get clean ones. The whole house only seems to be clean at first sight. Many spots on the bedlinen. There was too much dirt beneath the beds, the oven, the couch including empty bottles. Carpet and AC-outlets filthy - you better not move around barefeet. Too many ants.
Amenities: bathroom tiny, especially for more than two people - no hooks for towels. Not enough coffee and dishwasher detergent for our stay. Dinner table with only one chair. No bedside lamps. No table besides the couch. Empty picture frames on the walls. The whole house lacks a personal touch.
Washing machine: don't plan on using it! According to booking.com there should be a washing machine ready to use. It was in the locked basement. After two days and many calls/texts we were finally able to access it. However, the drainage did hardly work, so only a very limited use was possible.
We still enjoyed our time despite those things. The house has so much potential!
