GUEST ACCESS:
You will have access to the entire left side of the duplex. Walk up two sets of stairs to get to the front door.
Please note that because this is a duplex, you may occasionally hear guests in the other unit. We do our best to suppress any noise that travels from one unit to another, but we wanted to make you aware as you make your booking decision!
Also, like many homes in the Twin Cities, this place has an old world charm. It's been recently updated with furniture and wall decor, but as with any old home, please be aware it has its quirks, including a wooden floor and a narrow kitchen and stairway.
Enter through the left-side door and check yourself in with our Schlage Encode smart lock and keypad (code will be given prior to self check-in).
To ensure the safety of our guests and our neighborhood, we have one exterior camera next to the front door facing the stairs leading up to the house. There are no interior cameras as we value our guests’ privacy. The camera records motion-detected video and audio (of the exterior only).
No smoking is allowed in the home or on the premises. A $500 fee will be applied if there is evidence of smoking during the stay.
Free street parking is readily available. If needed, feel free to park in the right side of the driveway.

I titled my review as I did because I felt at home. The living dining area was comfortable and pleasant. The kitchen was well stocked and clean with a full sized refrigerator. The bath has a tub shower, with a generous supply of towels and bathing needs. The bathroom was clean and well organized. The beds were comfortable with good bed linens. The heating system was excellent and it was coping with 20 below weather. The wifi, as promised was fast and never dropped out, even with a VPN. The host is amazing. He always answered my messages promptly. I had trouble with door lock and he picked up my phone call while I was leaving a message and stayed on the line as I tried the new code. This is especially impressive because it is very likely the problem was user error, yet he was patient and kind about my little self inflicted problem.The location itself is also wonderful. There are many small local restaurants, I especially like the Korean restaurant on Snelling Avenue. The acclaimed Como Park is nearby, with a small but well run zoo and a conservatory with many exotic and tropical plants and in winter a chance to be very warm. The train can take you to the two downtowns, the Mall of America and the airport. If you are driving there is parking and most destinations will be within a 15 to 30 minute drive.If you travel to St Paul, this might be your home away from home, too.

Everything was great about this place! It was super clean & had everything we needed. Great location with quiet neighborhood. The owner was great with communication & ensured we had everything we needed. The place is super cute inside and super comfortable! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone & next time I need to be in the city, I would gladly stay here again! 10/10!!!!
