Book your stay at Pinkston Gardens and be just a stone's throw from Allianz Stadium, Hamline University, downtown St. Paul, our state's capitol, the Minnesota State Fairgrounds, and just 15minutes from downtown Minneapolis.
Then, retreat to Pinkston Gardens for some R&R in a really quiet neighborhood, and our beautiful prairie gardens..
The main guest must show/upload a copy of their valid ID Card before or at the time of check-in.
1. No Shoes in the house!
2. No Loud Parties!
3. Quiet hours are from 11pm-8am.
4. You will be charged for damaged sheets, towels, and any items that you break or damage.
5. No Extra Overnight Guests are allowed without approval from the Host(costs extra $25.00/guest).
6. Be courteous and clean up after yourself, and take out the trash.
7. No Smoking/vaping in the house!

Kitchen was well stocked. living room and dining room was comfortable. Beds were a little firm, but we would definitely stay here again. We were in town to work the fair. It was convient to Target, LA Fitness and easy to get around.

House smelled good and inviting upon arrival! Our family had the space we needed for weeks visit. Host was super attentive and kind! Highly recommend

The property was ok and the location was a short drive from our planned activities. We appreciated the high chair and pack and play for our grandchildren. We were disappointed we couldn’t find any coffee cups in the morning. There was a coffee maker, coffee, and filters. We had 6 bath towels and needed more to accommodate the 6 adults and 3 children. The table sits 4 comfortably and we found one folding chair. One more chair would have been great since we had 6 adults in our group. It is advertised as sleeping 10. Making these small adjustments would have greatly improved our stay.
