The breakfast arriving at just the right time and the fact that the too
Was cleaned everyday but not too early . Both Vassika and her lovely housekeeper were great
I would have liked it to be on the waterfront but I did like the quiet patio

The room was fine, good location, comfy bed, shower was OK. Space around the property was well maintained and the rooms were quiet. The breakfast was great and not a problem at all to eat on the table at the front of the property (yes on a road, but quiet and plenty of space between table and street!). 5 minutes from the town and port - this was a good option for us.
It's been mentioned before, but the hosts are impossible to track down. We had a problem with the bed and I tried in vain to contact them to sort it. If the hosts had been better I would have given this a 9.

Studio Filoxenia is a solid choice for Lipsi island. Will come back.
