Leros Eleonas Apartments

Eleni and Dimitris are just delightful - their hospitality is second to none. Lovely breakfast food left on the patio every day. True Greek hospitality. We moved on to Kalymnos today and Dimitris warned us we would be disappointed and we are! So we are coming back to Leros tomorrow but sadly Eleonas is full so we have had to book elsewhere.

Very peaceful location in olive grove. Hosts Dimitris and Lena were very welcoming and hospitable, providing delicious produce from their garden. Apartment was excellent very clean and comfortable.

Dimitris is an amazing host, the apartment is cleanest one I have ever stayed in! Bed linen is crisp, towels pristine, details such as a dark face cloth so no make up stains (attention to detail is awesome). A well stocked fridge and kitchen as his wife was away so no morning breakfast deliveries - all not necessary but super generous and appreciated! The garden area is idyllic- perfectly maintained, pretty and productive with the most delicious homegrown apricots delivered to your door. Highly recommend 💯

High quality touches to make the stay just how you’d want it. Powerful shower (heavenly), face cloth specifically for make up removal (ie not white so doesn’t stain and embroidered to advise it’s a face cloth), beach towels provided, well stocked kitchen with basics provided as a welcome pack. The bed was really comfortable. Great aircon, Netflix on the TV and to top it off… freshly made pastries with fresh figs delivered to the porch each morning for breakfast… delicious!!! I would definitely stay here again.

The washing machine was not actually in the apartment, and as I was out all day, I wasn’t able to use it. After 6 weeks at sea I wasn’t able looking forward to getting some laundry done. (The owner did offer to do it for me, but I declined, however it was a very generous and genuine offer. ) Wouldn’t stop me staying here again though. I loved it here.
