This hotel is well located and fitted for the basic needs when traveling and looking to be around in city for work as well as if you have time to spend for exploring. Breakfast was very good as well as room in general.

Location was quiet and nice.
Breakfast was expensive. The elevator didn't work in the evening.

The reception staff and the manager of the hotel were quite approachable and cordial. When I told them about the problems we had with our rooms they immediately offered to change our rooms, we got an upgrade for one of the rooms. They acknowledged the existence of problems and apologized for them.
Otherwise, the rooms were big enough, bathrooms satisfactory, location good, walking distance to one subway station, and many restaurants and cafes in the vicinity.
They had problems with the cleaning staff and it was reflected in the cleaning of the rooms. The management problems should not effect the customers.
The pillows were horrible, they need to be completely changed.
