The room was clean and big enough. The bathroom was clean as well. The cafe/restaurant downstairs is definitely a plus. It is very close to the metro and bus stations. I would stay there if I need to be around that neighbourhood again.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful anytime of the day. The rooms were super clean, comfortable and spacious. The room service and restaurant is also convenient and decently priced. They also have a working area for free below the hotel which was very nice. They were accommodating to give me an early check in and a late checkout and also storage for my items. Absolutely recommend!

The hotel has a good location, and the gentleman working the night shift when we checked in was very helpful and professional. The problem started the next day when we wanted to extend our stay and discuss the terms of the extension. We were connected with the manager, Ilkim and unfortunately, her attitude was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of trying to understand the situation and find a solution, she spent almost an hour arguing with us over the phone and trying to prove that she was right. This was very frustrating and completely unnecessary. We had planned to stay for 10 days but because of this experience, we cancelled our booking and left after the first night.
