⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Stay – Spotless Apartment & Truly Outstanding Staff I had such a fantastic experience staying here and genuinely cannot recommend this apartment enough. I’m extremely particular when it comes to cleanliness, comfort and good service, so I don’t give 5-star reviews lightly, but this place absolutely deserves every single star. The first thing that stood out was just how incredibly clean everything was. The apartment was spotless from the moment I walked in. Everything felt brand new, fresh, modern and exceptionally well maintained. There was a real sense that the property is properly cared for rather than just quickly cleaned between guests. For someone like me who is very fussy about cleanliness, being able to immediately feel comfortable and relaxed somewhere is a huge thing, and I felt that here from day one. The apartment itself was also extremely convenient. There are shops and everyday essentials nearby, so you don’t have to travel far for anything you need, and Tangier’s main strip and busier areas aren’t far away either. It was a really convenient base for getting around while still being somewhere comfortable to come back to. However, what took this stay from being simply a great apartment to a genuinely exceptional experience was the people working there. I particularly have to mention Zackaria, Hiba and Anwar, because all three of them were absolutely amazing throughout my stay. Zackaria was incredibly helpful, attentive and solution-focused. Whenever I needed assistance, whether it related directly to the apartment or something completely outside of it, he was willing to help. I had issues involving my car during my stay, which could have made things extremely stressful, and having someone at reception who was genuinely willing to listen, advise and help where possible made such a difference. He was approachable, professional and never made you feel as though you were inconveniencing him by asking for help.
