Neighbour hood a little ‘grungy’ Could hear family next door Sofa was not comfortable

Good location, near Navigli. Good acces to city center.

It was difficult to get to the apartment. Difficult to enter the building itself, and it took us 10 minutes just to get inside the apartment. The floor was dirty, sofa had crumbs on it, we had to re-wash the glasses, because we saw lip stains on them. The most important NO HOT WATER, we weren't able to take a shower, because the water temperature was not stable, kept switching from ice cold to boiling hot.

Ben arredata, con tutto il necessario

Quasi niente, era tutto sufficiente ma non di più, un po’ poco per quello che vai a pagare rispetto alle altre strutture in zona. La tassa di soggiorno a Milano è aumentata, adesso sta intorno ai 6/7 euro al giorno, io sono stato lì due notti ma al momento del check-in online mi è stato richiesto di pagare ulteriori 40 euro, al momento della richiesta di spiegazioni mi è stato detto che quei soldi servivano a pagare la tassa di soggiorno, 40 euro che sarebbero dovuti essere in realtà 13/14 euro secondo i miei calcoli. Insomma chi prenota deve sapere che dopo il prezzo iniziale ci saranno ulteriori 40/50 euro da saldare al momento del check-in (esempio per una prenotazione di 2gg)
