THE SPACE
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pots, pans, stove, refrigerator, microwave, and TV, providing everything needed to prepare meals independently. The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine.
The mezzanine hosts a cozy sleeping area with a comfortable double bed.
The living area includes a table that can be used for dining or working, a comfortable sofa that converts into a three-quarter bed, and an open wardrobe. The window, fitted with shutters, overlooks the inner courtyard, ensuring peace and pleasant natural light.
The bathroom is modern and functional, complete with toilet, sink, bidet, and a mosaic-tiled shower, along with towel holders and accessories.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi, ensuring a comfortable and well-connected stay. It is an ideal solution for couples, solo travelers, or professionals.

Early check-in and late check-out are not available due to scheduled cleaning. The sofa bed can be prepared upon request for an additional fee.
To access the apartment, it is necessary to complete the online check-in by providing ID documents and a selfie for all guests, as required by local authorities, as well as signing the short-term rental agreement.
The building does not have a porter or concierge service for luggage handling, and luggage cannot be stored after check-out.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
The apartment is located in the heart of the Navigli district, one of Milan’s most characteristic and lively areas. The neighborhood is famous for its historic canals, trendy venues, traditional restaurants, and design boutiques.
The recently renovated Darsena is just a short walk away and offers an ideal setting for walks, aperitifs, and cultural events. The Navigli canals are within walking distance, while the Duomo can be reached in about 15–20 minutes by public transport. MUDEC is approximately 15 minutes away, and Milano Centrale can be reached in about 25 minutes.
GETTING AROUND
The apartment is well connected to Milan’s main public transport network. The nearest tram stops are Piazzale Cuoco, about a 2-minute walk away and served by line 15, and Piazzale Martini, about a 5-minute walk away, served by line 9.
Several bus lines run nearby, including 90, 91, 95, 59, 71, N91, N90, 3, and N15, with stops easily reachable on foot.
The nearest metro station is Romolo on the M2 line, about a 10-minute walk away. Milano Romolo railway station is also easily accessible and connects suburban lines S9 and S4.
