Stosunkowo blisko do plaży, przez park Regana, wygodnie z wózkiem. Apartament dobrze wyposażony, przestronny. Szybka reakcja obsługi na usterkę techniczną.
Czystość w apartamencie wymaga poprawy (pleśń w łazience na suficie i płytkach, kurz na wentylatorach), apartament w bloku w sąsiedztwie którego aktualnie toczy się budowa, co powodowało przymusowe pobudki przed 7 z powodu hałasu.
