Apartamentų lokacija yra ideali, labai arti jūros. Puikus susisiekimas, nėra triukšmo.
Minusų labai daug: pradedant nuo sulužusios rankenos, kurią žadėjo personalas sutvarkyti greitu metu, per 5 dienas nesugebėjo to padaryti. Vonioje pelėsis, dušas nešvarus. Svetainės minkšta sofa nešvari - dėmės. Virdulys už kalkėjęs. Lemputės per degusios. Indų po 4 vnt., bet yra indaplovė. Palikta per maža paklodė su guma, kuri tikrai neatitiko sofos dydžių. Spintų daug, bet pakabų tik 2 vnt
