We have been to the Neptun complex for the second time (to Gdansk we have been 12 times already = never ending story), - great location, close to the sea and beach (400m from the house), fenced and guarded residential complex, beautiful park area, nearby is a small Żabka store (06.00-23.00), - nice spacious apartment on the 2nd floor, high ceilings, elevator, balcony, - tastefully furnished, IKEA standard furniture, large shower, very comfortable mattresses in the bedroom (suitable even for tall people), lots of electrical outlets, high doors, wifi, - lots of storage space in the wardrobes, - 2x flat screen TV and other equipment - corresponds to the description, - good communication with the owner (Android phone or WA), only between 09.00-19.00 (?),

- it is difficult to find right way around the premises, our apartment no. 41 was in the building at ul. Wypoczinkova 26 (entrance C, lokal 34-60), if you can't find it, focus on the last email from the accommodation provider with the address details, - the apartment does not have a garage, parking on the street, there are few free spaces, - the ventilation in the dining area and bathroom is constantly in operation (cannot be turned off), - there are few dishes and breakfast mugs are missing, - in the living area there is a very uncomfortable (but modern) sofa bed and a sofa chair (horror = to unfold and fold, as a punishment = to sleep)

If our friends did not own the apartment in the next block, we would’ve left.

Location

Black mold all over bathroom ceiling causing breathing problems for my husband. Someone left several men’s underwear and socks in the drawers. Weird people taking video of our car as we were unpacking and going in.

Good location, some hassle with the room

Apartment in a well-run gated residential community, close to the forrest, a few hundred yards from the beach. - Zapka shop is not far away. Parking available within community gates. Well designed rooms with high ceilings, great wifi, two large TVs in each room,laundry machine, kitchen, balcony. Plenty of storage space.

We had issues getting into the building throughout the stay. The key to the building door was missing, the fix was to enter through the underground parking (with garage clicker). As there was only one clicker, this was not practical for us at all. (4 people needing to coordinate) Small nuissances: No mugs in kitchen, mildew in the shower ceiling, worn-out seats on balcony, broken lock to bathroom, missing batteries in one TV remote control ..

The appartment was spacious and the balcony nice too.

The cleaning had not been done properly and the kitchen was not very well equipped.

Wspaniała lokalizacja, dobry dojazd, cisza i bezpieczeństwo. Planuje powrót w przyszłości do apartamentu.

Jestem w apartamencie już 4 raz z rzędu. Pierwszy raz w tym roku zauważyłem że wystepuje problem z jakością sprzątania po poprzednich lokatorach. Standard niższy niż w poprzednich latach. Mam porównanie. Mieszkanie wymaga już lekkiego odświeżenia.
