The apartment itself is well decorated and comfortable. The view is beautiful. It is extremely well-located. The lift in front of the building (Bollin) is the first to open and last to close. The ski lockers are great. The building is quiet. The other residents/guests and nice and respectful. The elevator is fast and large. The parking is very convenient. The person at the local office is very helpful.

The arrival instructions were unclear. We had to call to find out how to get the key. We did not find the blankets until the second day(!). Not all the sheets were provided and, because the office is closed Sundays, we did not get the missing sheets until day 2. Upon arrival, the main circuit breaker was turned off; we had to figure that out ourselves (as well as to find the breaker box). The wifi was not working. Once the local office opened (which has limited hours per day, 5 or 6 days per week), all was resolved, but it should be open for longer hours and seven days. The apartment only has the items identified on the listing. Normally, there would be some basic foods (oil, salt/pepper, ...), soap, and more than a half roll of toilet paper. This should be made clear on the listing or, at least, prior to arrival: I would have arrived with the items I needed, rather than having to buy them at the expensive stores in the mountains.

Location, renovated appartement, in the appartement was everything what we needed, good and friendly service

We didn’t got bedsheets first night although we ordered it, the appartement is small for 4 adults (ideal for 2 people)

Parking space under ground garage was perfect there is 3celsius outside was -10. Secure the car in separately box. Nice space for skies clean and modern, easy to reach from outside. Nice room, with all kitchen equipment's. Possible heating with "extra heater" Perfect view on ski slopes absolutely TOP.
