We loved how friendly the staff was, especially how much care they took to ensure we arrived safely, since we arrived much later than the check-in time. We also really enjoyed how beautiful the lodge is, and the scenic walk to the chalets. Finally, the Boma experience was out of this world!
There is very little not to like. However, we noticed fine details where the room cleanliness could've been improved, e.g. the soup dispensers.

Veronica and her lovely staff made our visit wonderful. The food was excellent along with fantastic service. Our room was comfortable, good working shower and heating. Veronica went above and beyond to get to know us & ensure we were happy and looked after at every stop. She even sent us off with cookies for our car ride as we left. Highly recommend!
