+ The accommodation was very quiet, good area to relax. + There was almost everything you need to live and care for yourself during the stay. + The entire unit seemed clean and cared for on the outside. + It was a self-check-in system which you were clearly guided through via Whats App. + Parking spots were right in front of the accommodation. + All the tools etc. in the kitchen were working perfectly.

- When I arrived it was raining heavily every day, unfortunately the houses seem to be poorly isolated because the towels, bedsheets etc. felt an smelled a little bit "damp" and the overall feeling inside was very humid. - There was a cupboard in the bedroom with more bedding, which was not washed and smelled like they laid in there for half a year. - First thing in the morning I swept the entire apartment since there was dirt and dust everywhere. - The bed was very uncomfortable, I think it was just a mattress on a bed frame. The last night I slept on the couch which was more comfortable than the bed. +/- There was a washing machine but no provided detergent and I think nobody will buy an entire bottle/bag of detergent for a couple of days. +/- The interior and bathroom really did look very old/old-fashioned. +/- There was no oven, toaster or blender. +/- I didn't see the owner or any staff once the entire stay. +/- There was only salt, coffee powder and olive oil provided. (I cannot recall if there was a coffee maker/machine since I don't drink coffee) +/- The TV channels were italian only.
