Posizione, circa 15 min dal centro di siracusa, 20 min da fontane bianche, 5 min da arenella. Nella casa è presente tutto l'occorrente per un soggiorno comodo. Doppio climatizzatore.
la spiaggia limitrofa è troppo piccola e rocciosa, vi è un lido ma non sulla spiaggia.
