Warm, cosy and comfortable

Після оплати житла з'явилися додаткові умови щодо заселення про депозит 750 євро на картку, що зробило нас заручниками ситуації, а саме - за день до виїзду поставили умови звільнити житло до дев'ятої ранку, що додало значних додаткових незручностей. В ціну оренди входило прибирання приміщення(300 євро), але після заселення з'ясувалося, що ми зобов'язані прибрати після себе самі. При заселенні у ванній кімнаті був сморід, бо рушники були залишені у пральній машині за декілька днів до нас, а у посудомийній машині на кухні був брудний посуд. Ми самотужки прали ці рушники та мили цей брудний посуд. Окрім цього у будинку дуже погана шумоізоляція, ми до дрібниць чули всі розмови та звуки сусідів знизу, спати у цьому приміщенні не комфортно. Додатково, при бронюванні житла, на електронну адресу надійшов лист з номером WhatsApp контактної особи, але скільки я не писав чи телефонував - зворотнього зв'язку не було. На жаль, це не весь перелік усіх незручностей, дуже шкода, що наша відпустка була зіпсована таким відношенням до нас.

Wir hatten eine super Skiwoche und würden auch wieder diese Unterkunft wählen.
Die Lage ist super. Man hat einen schönen Blick auf die Berge und die Unterkunft ist groß genug für 6 Erwachsene und 5 Kinder. Der Ort bietet alles was man braucht und alles ist fußläufig. Bei Problemen ist die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter schnell und unkompliziert.
Wir brauchten 1-2 Tage bis wir alles so sauber hatten wie wir es gewohnt sind. Ofen, Mikrowelle und teilweise Besteck waren nicht sauber.
