We had a really enjoyable stay at this property. The view overlooking Piesendorf and the mountains beyond was absolutely stunning — such a lovely sight to wake up to each day. The space was perfect for two people, offering plenty of room to relax and unwind between our hikes. The location was also fantastic, especially for access to local trails like the Alexander Enzinger Weg.

One small suggestion would be to consider adding a dryer or updating the drying rack — it was a bit tricky to dry all our hiking gear with the current setup, as some of the cords were missing.

Enorm genoten, top locatie!

De ruimte in en het uitzicht vanuit het appartement… Ook was het van alle gemakken voorzien. Wasmachine tot de beschikking, was ook top!

Het appartement was niet echt schoon. Er hingen stof raggen in de hoeken van het huis, de pannen waren niet schoon. Ook achter de bank was denk ik al maanden niet stof gezogen. Er was aangegeven dat er een noodreparatie was gedaan in de badkamer. Dit was ook het geval, wat prima was natuurlijk, maar nu kon de deur van de badkamer niet meer dicht. Dat was beetje jammer en lastig.

Ein schönes gemütliches Appartement in einer tollen Lage und sehr freundliche Gastgeber.

Nach der Buchung haben wir einen Nachricht vom Gastgeber erhalten mit einem Link der sehr viele wertvolle Informationen über den Aufenthalt, das Apartment, die Lage, Aktivitäten und vieles mehr enthielt. Den Schlüssel konnten wir mit den gesendeten Code aus dem Schlüsselkasten entnehmen, was wirklich schnell und unkompliziert geklappt hat. Das Apartment verfügt über zwei Badezimmer, was den Aufenthalt mit mehreren Personen angenehmer macht. Die Ausstattung der Küche war sehr gut. Man hat einen tollen Balkon mit Blick auf die Berge und der Bäcker so wie ein kleiner Einkaufsladen sind in unmittelbarer Nähe, ebenso 2 Gaststätten.

Die Bauarbeiten in der unteren Wohnung waren am 2ten Tag etwas störend, da dort um 7Uhr mit den Arbeiten im Außenbereich begonnen wurde. An den Lampenschirmen und Ecken könnte etwas besser abgestaubt sein aber die Grundreinigung war okay.

The location of the apartment was absolutely perfect – just a few minutes from the center of Kaprun. The view from the apartment was breathtaking and constantly changing with the weather, making it even more magical. The apartment itself was spacious, modern, and beautifully furnished. The large dining table in the kitchen comfortably seated all eight of us, which was a big plus. Having two bathrooms was also extremely convenient. Overall, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable place to stay – highly recommended!
