    I stayed here for echelon 2026 in sm aura, and it was a good stay. Everything was a smooth process, clean facilities, and perfect room for a solo traveler. I just want to suggest the improvement of the heater… the level 1 of the heater is too hot so I always need to turn it off so I can have a warm water, and turn it on again when it gets too cold.

    I am a frequent guest with this hotel and all their branches were super nice at comfy. You’ll feel at home and all the staffs are accommodating and will assist you for all your concerns. Love my every stay here.

    No slippers or toothcare set is acceptable, as you really get what you pay for. The sheets and towels have turned a dirty white, unlike before. The new receptionist also seems to have different rules from the others, such as treating it as your fault for not calling to reserve a car park slot before booking, which feels like an excuse to inconvenience you.
