Очень приятные и вежливые хозяева, очень чистая и комфортная комната, в ванной комнате есть даже наборчик с зубной щёткой, есть общая кухонька где можно посидеть и выпить чаю.

I absolutely loved my stay at Woolway Studios in Yerevan. It is a truly special place that feels like stepping into a real Armenian home. The open, spacious kitchens on both floors give you the feeling of being welcomed into an Armenian family’s everyday life, rather than simply staying in a guesthouse. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with an exceptionally comfortable bed. The bathroom was also large, clean, and very well maintained. For the price and its convenient location near the airport, I found the standards outstanding. But what makes Woolway Studios truly unique is what you find downstairs: a real handmade carpet workshop, where wool is dyed by hand and the carpets are made using traditional techniques. You can actually see the masters at work and experience this incredible craft up close. This is so much more than a convenient place to stay between flights. It is an immersive experience where you can touch and feel a genuine piece of Armenian culture and everyday life. I enjoyed it immensely. A huge thank you to Hayk and Miriam for their wonderful hospitality. I will definitely come back to Woolway Studios the next time I visit Yerevan!

The only small issue was finding the right room temperature — it was a little cool with the AC on and quite warm without it. Other than that, everything was excellent.

This was my second stay here, and I was very glad to come back! Everyone here — including the beautiful dog Roy — welcomes guests so warmly, always friendly and helpful, making me feel literally at home even before leaving for my far‑away real home! Since I mainly traveled on the western side of Armenia this time (through Bavra, Gyumri, Metsamor, Echmiadzin, the airport), the location was perfect. I could avoid the busy traffic in Yerevan, and it takes only about 15 minutes without getting stuck in a traffic jam. There are supermarkets, grocery stores, and good restaurants within walking distance (10-15 minutes walk). The owners always have recommendations and helpful advice for visitors - where to go, what to do. The rooms are clean, spacious, and apparently recently renovated, and they offer several electricity outlets. The Wi-Fi was fast and stable. I added breakfast as an extra option, and this alone can be worth staying here — they prepare the best fresh breakfast that refreshes you from the very morning. The first floor houses a wool‑weaving workshop, just as the name of the hotel suggests, and guests can visit it if allowed. Seeing and touching Armenian textile‑weaving techniques and creativity in various sizes is truly a special experience.

Nothing to report — everything was good. I think I will visit again. Hajoghutyun!
