Близко до метро. Хорошая цена. Чисто. Хороший wi-fi. Тихо.
Не хватает средства для мытья, губки, тряпочки. Нет в ванной полочки для ванных принадлежностей.

Для недолгого пребывания отличное жильё, закрытый дворик, всё необходимое в номере есть: прихожая/одежный шкаф, большая кровать, , стол/табуретки, душ/туалет, холодильник, микроволновка, чайник, тарелки/чашки, столовые приборы, шторы-блэкаут и, конечно, кондиционер. Хозяин всегда на связи, ненавязчиво интересуется, всё ли в порядке, на просьбы откликается, если что-то понадобится. Довольно тихо, но может мне просто соседи попались нешумные), улочка тихая, по ночам спокойно, есть возможность выспаться. До метро недалеко. В общем эмоции положительные.
Один минус - нет стиральной машины

В целом хорошо, хозяин контактный, встречает по договорённости, говорит по-русски. Есть стол, 4 (!) табурета, холодильник, микроволновка, кондиционер. Кровать низковата, но приемлемая. Ночью на улице тихо, метро в 5-10 минутах пешком.
Напор воды в душе слабоват. Нет отдельной душевой кабины, просто душ (лейка) в санузле. Рядом ни крупного супермаркета, ни кафе, только небольшой магазинчик на Киевяна (не допоздна), это надо учитывать при позднем заезде.
