Comfy and a good base
No dishwasher Shower only in en-suite Minor annoyances that did not affect our stay too much

Everything was perfect. Clean, modern, kitchen, bathrooms and shower were all excellent. Location was extremely good, shops, buses, and access to Durham and Beamish living museum. Ticked all the boxes. Definitely return.
A king size bed would have been more comfortable.

Oil burnt onto the base of the large frying pan and large saucepan needed cleaning properly

Great value for money. Clean and comfortable (also warm despite the chilly spring weather). Good, and relatively new facilities and all in working order.
A dishwasher would have been good, but no big deal in our case. Slightly random, but there were two lamps in the living room, however no sockets to plug them into.
