A localização.

Durante os 5 dias não pude tomar banho pois o chuveiro não tem água quente . Falta panos de limpeza e de prato na cozinha . Não havia detergente na cozinha nem chaleira elétrica , nem uma caneca própria para aquecer a água do café oi chás . A persiana está avariada , de modo que infelizmente acordava muito cedo devido a luz . Cobertas antigas e poucas toalhas .

Stationnement facile, appartement propre et bien agencé. Proche de la mer et des commerces.

Appartement difficile à trouver, et entrée compliquée. On nous a demandé une heure d’arrivée très précise, puis nous avons du attendre plus de 30min avant qu’on nous dise où était caché la clé. Il manque des couverts (3 fourchettes c’est un peu léger) et une bouilloire.

The flat is fully renovated and works well. It is spacious and has a nice balcony.

There is a bar downstairs which gets a bit noisy from 11pm to about 2am. Not good for light sleepers. The table and chairs are a bit sticky. The bedroom cupboard can only hold one person's clothes. Also, the agent for the flat was not great. On arrival, there was nothing in the flat - no soap of any sort, no toilet paper etc. The first cleaning done after 3 days only changed the sheets and towels. No cleaning. The second cleaning after 6 days - they did leave toilet paper, soap, shampoo etc. Rather late. The aircon needs a thorough service - noisy and not very effective.
