O apartamento muito bom, com vista pra praia. Limpo e organizado
Não chega a ser uma critica, mas no inverno só dá pra dormir na sala. Acho que por ser um apartamento no último andar o quarto é gelado. Não tem aquecimento no quarto. Na sala tem um ar condicionado quente e frio que não chega ao quarto

Der Ausblick ist fantastisch, im Appartement ist alles notwendige vorhanden. Klimaanlage, Elektroheizung, Waschmaschine, Wäscheständer, Bügeleisen und -brett, Küchenzeile.
Wer allergisch auf Schimmel ist, sollte das Appartement meiden.

The location was brilliant. Very close to Praia da Rocha and centre but not right in the middle of all the noise etc. so it was perfect.
Apartment was up high so the view was nice.
Had most things we needed.
The balcony was nice to have.
The check-in time range changed on the day. We were travelling from elsewhere with prior key appointments so that was quite stressful to try to get there on time.
All the messaging was in Portuguese, which I did my best to google translate and adhere to but google translate did not translate well and on arrival we did not have the full substantial cash deposit that was required (as people do not carry that much cash anymore) and we still had to go get it. I understand it is necessary for the establishment but not everyone speaks Portuguese
- so it would be great if you could be flexible on one thing or another. Also the person who checked us in spoke perfect English, so it was definitely possible to clarify ahead of time.
There was no soap in the apartment when we arrived and limited toilet paper, dish washing liquid. Given the high price we paid just for a few days, we would have expected a well equipped apartment. Hostels are able to provide such products.
