Condo was clean and felt safe. Host was very polite, went way out of his way and even helped us order dinner.

One of the neighbors (I’m not sure if it was above, to the side or behind the condo) was making a lot of noise until very late into the night so I didn’t sleep well.

The hospitality of the staff & facility was nice & clean

This was the perfect choice after a long travel day. We were met at the airport by a driver holding sign with our name on it who then drove us to the guest house. The guest house was clean, quiet, and very, very nice. Luis, the owner, was so sweet and helpful. He enthusiastically checked in with us before and during our stay to make sure everything was okay. I should mention that our flight came in after midnight, and Luis assured us this was no problem for the pick up. That was super reassuring. When our rental car company didn't pick us up from the guest house, Luis came right over and drove us back to the airport to get our rental car. Luis speaks fluent English, which was a big help to these tired travellers. He also offered to help us at any point on our trip. Honestly, it really was the perfect choice for us. Highly recommend.
