Location and convenience of the apartment.
A bit pricy and inability to check-in earlier than 3pm for a 4pm wedding. Inability to have a late check-out without having to pay extra. Carpark to unit was quite a hike with luggage and elderly.

Very beautiful place and plenty of space . It even can fit 5-6 people , very friendly for family trip .
The only one thing I wasn’t happy was I found a cockroach in the kitchen .
