Get this flat if you are looking for a good place for you short stay.
Nice flat whith all you need for a short stay. Great location: just up to 10 min walk to the Statuto square. Also you can find nearby supermarkets and open market where you can get, if needed, some local goods.
Unfortunately, even if this flat is a non-smoking one, there persists the smell of cigarettes.

Ottima struttura, ben posizionata, a pochissima distanza dalle fermate bus-tram. Zona fornita di bar, ristoranti-pizzeria, supermercati. Per chi si muove con l'auto il parcheggio potrebbe essere un pò difficoltoso.

La casa ha bisogno di alcune manutenzioni, la porta del bagno non si chiude, il box doccia idem. Trovare parcheggio la sera nelle vicinanze è molto difficile

Das Bett war bequem, Lage gut, insgesamt hell und freundlich
Es bedarf einer Überarbeitung von vielen Dingen. Kleinigkeiten, die sich summieren. Minimale Ausstattung. Inlets der Betten müssen gewaschen werden, keine Bereitstellung von Küchenschwamm, Reinigungsmitteln, Geschirrtücher. Loser Toilettendeckel, Tür im Bad lässt sich nicht schließen, was, wenn man zu Dritt reist, Improvisation erfordert. Info über den Check-in-Prozeß ist ausführlich, jedoch erfolgt dieser erst am Mittag des Anreisetages. Komplizierter Prozess der Touristensteuer-Deklaration, 30 Minuten Zeitaufwand. Hatten wir bei anderer Italien Aufenthalten so noch nie erlebt. Keine telefonische Erreichbarkeit bei Dringlichkeit. Nur per SMS mit automatisierten Antworten, langsame Reaktion.

Luogo bello, accogliente e ben posizionato
Mi é piaciuto tutto. Luogo accogliente, ben posizionato vicino la stazione metro Principi di Acaja e buon servizio clienti tramite chat. Inoltre la cucina era comoda e funzionale con tutto il necessario per la preparazione dei pasti.
Non mi é piaciuta la gestione dell'aria condizionata anche se hanno provveduto a risolvere i nostri problemi.

Cama cómoda, buena blanquería, cocina bien equipada, baño grande, lavarropas grande, buena distribución de espacios. Check-In/out autónomo, muy cómodo. Barrio con cafecitos, bares y restaurantes.
Costaba abrir la puerta de entrada del edificio. Podrían dejar más papel higiénico y algo de café.

La struttura piccola e accogliente, non dispersiva, c’era tutto il necessario e ben organizzata, super organizzato anche per il ritiro delle chiavi, asciugamani doppi, come i cuscini e le coperte, termosifoni e pompe di calore per non soffrire il freddo!Vicino al centro, locali nelle vicinanze per colazione, e negozi di alimentari!
Un po’ di polvere! In bagno sopratutto!
