Todo. El departamento es perfecto y la independencia que me dio en Turín fue casi absoluta. Con la cocina me pude ahorrar un montón y conocer todavía más de la ciudad.
Antes aclaro que la predisposición fue inmejorable y absoluta. Hubo un desperfecto con la calefacción y pasé un poco de frío (prometieron arreglarlo, asi que no debería ser un problema para futuros huéspedes) y tal vez a la cocina le sumaría una tabla para cortar alimentos y cestos de basura diferenciados para poder clasificar como corresponde. La cama, por otra parte, está en un lugar algo incómodo para gente con poca movilidad; tal vez convenga moverla al subsuelo y aprovechar mejor el espacio. Lo último que sugeriría (aunque es algo MUY menor) es que en lugar de un lavarropas coloquen un lavasecarropas. En invierno Turín es MUY frío y la ropa tarda en secarse.
Nada de esto le resta valor al lugar; es buenísimo y lo súper recomiendo.

The location is perfect. As a solo female traveler it is was a good choice, felt very safe.

The location is perfect, close to everything you might need and close to the city center.
Heating was not working, there was some problem and the radiators were not working, there was an AC unit that had such a low performance too, it was pretty cold, luckily it was not minus temperatures outside.
Also we had a deal to check in between 9 and 10am but when we arrived there the host said that it is some misunderstanding and that he thought 10pm, after we sent him the screenshots he said that we can come back at 12 just to prepare the room, little did he know that we saw through the window that nobody was actually there and they did not had to prepare anything, the room was already set.
One big disappointment is that they were not talking English at all which I can’t understand cause they are hosting international guests.
Regarding the heating they were apparently sending someone to fix it but when we were out and they “needed” our key so the mechanic can enter the apartment. We were not able to provide it cause we were not there at the moment and they said they don’t have one more key, that only the house keeping has the spare key, not sure what is true there.
