Very clean, with tasteful decor. There were basic cleaning and cooking supplies which was helpful. Nice 9hole golf course which was not busy so there was no need to book prior to the day. Food in the Tavern was very good and the staff were all friendly and helpful. An excellent spot for seeing the borders.
The only little snag was the poor WiFi, but perhaps a good thing really.
