First 2 stairs leading to unit need repair. Tiles have sunk an inch or so; first step was mostly covered with a thin piece of wood. I shared this info with the mgmt co. the evening I arrived, in reply to their email “hope all is well, we strive for a 5star review, let us know what we can do”.

I was not aware initially of the need for a pass code. Once received everything was great.
The agency I used to rent (Booking.com) should have provided more information from the management company regarding emergencies ( I left my phone with the code in the room). No one on site could help us with this problem. We did eventually get back in.

location amazing
I loved it, but for my friend it was noisy because the unit is right over the carport then one night someone's alarm was going off

Kitchenware, particularly pans and cooking utensils, was just fair. The non-stick pans were ready for the trash, but this wasn't surprising as there weren't any non-stick utensils.
