The La Quinta Property is beautiful and the unit is centrally located. Even though we had to contact the agents multiple times about small issues, for the most part, the unit worked out fine.
I paid for early check in and the code was not working upon arrival. They also cancelled the code early and we were locked out even though i paid for late check out. They remotely turned the thermostat to 84 even through we had several hours left on the reservation. And the code to get into the pool did not work. I called the agents and they said they would get it to me but i never got the info. We had to have other guests let us into the pool. And i have never been asked to take the garbage to a community dumpster. When i asked the agents for the location of these dumpsters they never got back to me. We ended up leaving all the garbage in the bins in the garage. I also mentioned to the agents, there was a broken drawer in the kitchen, many of the plates were chipped and the shower in the primary bathroom is not draining properly. They also need to change the batteries in most of the remotes.
