- No fire wood - No coffee pot - No instruction regarding heating Sent enquiry re above points email and got no response Not a nice lay-out, it being long and skinny. There are no views at all, other than on blind walls

Very private property , good parking , nicely decorated , very clean , excellent can’t fault it . A great base for visiting north Wales . Will return

Welcome milk, crisps, wine and welsh cakes were well received. Nice to see the splendid features of the property's original use as a Dovecote have been incorporated into the conversion of the property.

There was only 6 squares of toilet roll left on arrival...... after a 5 hour journey we did not feel like venturing out to find a supermarket, and the local shop in village was closed. There was no bin liner in the (inside) kitchen bin and no indication of how to separate our rubbish into rubbish/recycle/possibly food waste too. Only one dishwasher tablet provided for a three night stay - shame! May have been nice to have soap/shower gel in bathroom - but we did bring our own. It was cold in the property on arrival but lucky there was two fan heaters Unusual for the woodburner to be in the bedroom. Shame the sitting room was not upstairs - but appreciate not enough space downstairs for a bedroom.

A secluded & well appointed property. Charmingly decorated throughout, clean & comfortable.

The thing which would have made my stay much more enjoyable was if the central heating had been working, the rads were luke warm when I arrived & then cold for the duration.
