Beautiful room and location
Access to room was difficult, several stairs, not ideal with heavy suitcase and staff lift used to assist was out of order at the time.
We actually didn’t see many staff and were unsure about checking in/out and ordering breakfast easily.
We also chose room based on outside bath, but on arriving due to water shortage were asked not to use and it would have been better to have been made aware of this as booking.

The bed was so comfy and the room was beautiful! We were very nicely and warmly welcomed upon arrival by the staff!
Unfortunately, I got very very sick from a drink I had at the bar of the hotel. Probably the water of which the ice was made, was infected with some bacteria. I would suggest people with a European stomach like me to just don’t take a drink with ice - you should be fine then :-)
