It's brand new, and well designed. The staff were welcoming to the point of obsequiousmess. It's in a quiet town in the mountains with a reasonably nice view and a good michi no Eki across the road.

This was the 2nd , and best , FBM hotel we stayed at on our road trip. 3 extremely comfortable nights 18th - 21st February. The staff were excellent , especially the Japanese man (sorry I have forgotten his name). An amazing gentleman who goes well above and beyond his duties. Always made us smile. Rooms are immaculate , bed linen and pillows are amazingly soft. A small roadside diner across the road for breakfast and a 7/11 store about 1 km away. Nearby restuarants were by far superior to the Hyogo FBM. The whole area from Matsue , Densai mountain , deep valleys to the south and Bitchu castle are stunning. Glorious days driving around this area. We quickly became huge fans of the FBM chain of hotels. Highly recommended.
