Bohemian floor-seated dining w custom glass table top. Grab a pillow and get in the mood! Enclosed yard, Mexican swing table for outdoor entertaining. Recharge in our 103˚ Hot Tub which has a perfect view of the moon. Be careful where you set your towel. Cacti are our favorite outdoor decor.

Many cacti on property and Galveston's terrain has stickers. Regarding "kid friendly," our 2yo has survived here so far, so.... *Bring Children at your own adventurous risk.*

Coffee on the couch or front porch is mighty fine, wifi works pretty well and give access to Netflix etc. Reading is also a much celebrated alternative here! Sufficient cookware, mini fridge and a coffee pot.

Bedroom has a slide out mattress under the bed for extra Glampers, should you desire.

Park to left of staircase, hug the fence line. Enter through front gate and front door.

We try to respond as quickly as possible. Texts and calls help expedite needs.

Walk to Bars, Restaurants, Shops, and the Beach! 20 minute walk to downtown. Beautiful architecture all around. Close to convenience store for many essentials or late night snacks!

Golf Cart Rental is so fun! Bicycle rental is awesome too! Uber is always available but I'd recommend going places on foot as much as possible. It's fabulous!

Parties/events are not permitted on the property, maximum occupancy of 4 guests per stay. See Rules for more details.

Hot Tub to Remain at 103degrees for proper function.

Bring house slippers during cold months. Historic house, cold floors.

Washer dryer provided. Please bring own detergent. Shake Sandy clothes out OUTSIDE and in dryer before washing.

We usually provide 2 packs of coffee that will make a 10-cup pot, each, with a few condiments. Otherwise feel free to bring whatever you like.

** Note: every stay over 2 nights will be charged an extra $35 hot tub cleaning fee for every 2 days on the property. This keeps the tub sanitary and in good condition.**
** Use of oils or soaps in tub, excessive sand etc, will require xtra cleaning and possibly draining tub. Guest will be responsible for these fees, up to $125. Rinse off before getting in if you're dirty.
