Banksia Beach House - Lounging on the large front balcony watching over the bird life in the Banksias. Just a short walk to the sand dunes and surf or bring your bikes as you are a step away from the Goolwa to Middleton bike path. No bikes?…then stroll through the reserve and immerse yourself in nature, looping back via the beach. This three bedroom holiday home in Goolwa Beach is perfectly located to escape, relax and enjoy.
The Space:
Inside is open plan where the family can spend time together playing games, reading or watching TV in the dining or lounge areas. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas cooktop, electric oven, dishwasher, pantry & fridge with easy access to undercover outdoor areas via sliding doors. The coffee machine and milkshake maker add fun for everyone.
Reverse cycle air conditioning.
Two bedrooms with built in robe and ceiling fan. One with a queen bed and the other has a double.
Bedroom 3 has a tri bunk (double and single) and desk with chair.
Bathroom with shower and vanity.
Separate toilet.
Laundry with washing machine.
There is a large outdoor deck with BBQ and outdoor lounge and dining at the rear. The yard is fenced and has a grassed area.

We had a wonderful week at this accommodation that was well suited to our needs. Clean, comfortable and plenty of room for adults and teens. Very tranquil sitting on the decks listening to the bird life. Great spot to join the Encounter Bikeway.

We had a relaxing time but funky smell in laundry and toilet. Room with bunks in it smelt like fish at times. Gardens, back and front veranda was wonderful. Lounge, kitchen and dining very inviting love the thoughtful touches here and there.
