The Space:
Living areas on both level makes it a dream for the adults and children to enjoy their own time. The upper level has three good-sized bedrooms, bathroom, roomy kitchen, dining room and lounge room with TV facilities and access to the balcony.
Downstairs has a large open plan games room with pool table, day bed, TV facilities and the additional bedroom, bathroom and laundry.
The spacious deck is the ideal spot to read a book or enjoy a long overdue catch up over a local glass of wine and some nibbles.
The outside area has plenty of room for off street parking, pleasant back yard and a grassy front lawn for the kids to play.
Call Coastal View your base after a day spent at the beach or visiting some of the many local tourist attractions along the fun filled Fleurieu Peninsula.

Holiday house was very clean and a great location for 10 min walk to beach. The only issue for us as we had children aged 5 and under was the yard. There was no usable back yard and the front lawn was dead and unusable as a play area. If you had all adults or older children this may not be an issue.

House is only a street away from Goolwa beach which was great with small kids. House was clean but lacked dishwasher and on hot days the air con in the front lounge did not reach any of the bedrooms. There were also no ceiling fans. Furniture was old but comfortable. Plenty of room but hard for two families as 1 room downstairs, rest upstairs.
Key pick up/ drop off was from haybourough which is fair drive away. Would be better if key could be collected/dropped off in Goolwa.
