13 Olivebank has everything you need, two large decking areas, great sea views, dual living areas, big bedrooms and most of all a great layout for entertaining. A five minute walk to Franklin Parade, the Encounter Bikeway and a local favourites Yilki Store and Beach House Cafe.
Situated on an elevated block on a quiet street in Encounter Bay, the views from 13 Olivebank are sweeping, from Granite Island to The Bluff.
The Space:
This property has a great layout for families or groups of friends, and includes five bedrooms, 1 king, 2 queens, 2 bunks and 2 king singles, 2 bathrooms plus third toilet and two large living areas.
The upstairs section of the house features modern kitchen featuring dishwasher and Nespresso compatible coffee machine (guests to supply own pods). The living and dining is large and open plan, it features large plasma television and DVD player, comfy lounge chairs and most of all the view you would never want to leave. Step out through the large double doors and enjoy a bbq on the top deck or a snooze on the sun lounge. The master bedroom also upstairs features king bed with big ensuite.
Downstairs features large living area, featuring lounge, plasma television, DVD player and table tennis table. The decking on the front of the house downstairs is just as spectacular. The four remaining bedrooms are downstairs and all have access to large laundry and bathroom.
The rear of the property features outdoor setting and a modern layout with outdoor hot and cold shower. Upstairs has large split system to heat and cool but in summer open up the doors and let in the fresh sea breeze.

We have booked this property 3 times now and keep coming back to it due to the beautiful location it’s in with the incredible views, spacious interior of the home and the bedding layout, great property to book if you want a weekend getaway in encounter bay!!!
