Both the eat-in kitchen and formal dining area provide ample seating while offering picture-perfect views of Penobscot Bay. After the day’s activities, unwind with family and friends in the living room, where a gas fireplace adds a warm glow to chilly weather. Additional perks include free WiFi, cable TV, a private washer/dryer, and a gas grill for outdoor cooking.

Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Streaming services are available, but guests must log in using their accounts.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Of course the most outstanding thing about this property was the view. There was nothing more restful than sitting in a recliner with the fireplace going and looking out at the bay. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful view!!! Very clean-met all our needs! Very comfortable beds! Only wish there was a deck off the main level to sit outside in the morning and evening as the sun came up and went down but other than that, loved it!!

Great location so close to Rockland. Lovely views of the boats in the bay. House very well equipped and clean. It’s all on one floor - convenient for seniors and hard to find. The only real drawback was lack of porch, deck and access to outside space. We would return again.
